Job Description
We’re looking for an organised, proactive and people-oriented team member to drive ourprospecting efforts, keep our sales pipeline humming, and help us stay front-of-mind withfuture clients. You’ll be a key part of our success — nurturing relationships, managingfollow-ups, and making sure every opportunity is maximised.
Key Responsibilities:Prospecting & Client Engagement, make prospecting calls per to potential vendorsfrom our warm database (no cold calling — all contacts have previously engagedwith our team).Generate at least 5 property appraisal opportunities per week.Follow up all appraisals and pipeline leads in a timely, consistent manner.Book in appraisal appointments and proposal presentations for the team.Execute a structured communication plan (calls, texts, and emails) for Just Listed /Just Sold updates across our database.Manage Kris’s daily call list to ensure the right people are being contacted at theright time.
Proposal & Appraisal Prep: Prepare listing proposals and CMA reports as required.Maintain up-to-date property knowledge and ensure market insights are included inproposals.Liaise with clients pre- and post-appraisal to maintain momentum.Coordinate with the team to ensure all necessary steps or contributions arecompleted ahead of each appraisal or presentation.
Review & Testimonial Follow-Up: Call recently sold clients to encourage completion of the customersatisfaction survey.Prompt and support clients to leave reviews on RateMyAgent and other platforms.Track feedback and alert the team to any issues or standout testimonials.
External Operations & Profile Management: Oversee external operations including charity and community events,sponsorships, and profile marketing.Ensure brand presence is consistent and on-message across community activities.Assist in maintaining visibility through community touchpoints and local initiatives.
Work Environment & Flexibility this is a hybrid role, with flexibility to work from home and from the office as needed. Calls can be made up between 8am-8pm.Availability for team meetings, community events, and occasional in-personcollaborations will be expected.
