As the Team Lead, your role will be to provide effective leadership to smaller teams of Field Technicians, acting as an SME providing guidance and coaching. The Team Leader role Involves time allocated to both ‘on the tools’ activity in the field and time dedicated to leadership of the team.

Nga pūkenga matua | Important Skills

Two to three years’ experience working with dish and decoder installations with subsequent cabling (Sky TV experience advantageous).
Working at heights qualifications and/or experience is preferred, but not mandatory.
Supervisory / Leadership experience
Excellent verbal communication, ability to relate to people at all levels and ensure positive relationships with customers are created and upheld.
A customer service disposition exemplified in-person and utilising multimodal methods.
An unwavering commitment to safety.
