With multiple sites throughout greater Auckland we offer a full range of services from general X-Ray to the latest in Nuclear Medicine Therapy and we're still growing!
We're looking for a Patient Care Coordinator to join our Molecular Imaging team on a casual basis to cover shifts at our branches in Epsom, Takapuna and Milford.
Key duties include:
- Present a warm & friendly welcome to all patients & visitors
- Schedule appointments that best accommodate patient needs
- Ensure patients are well informed and know what to expect at their visit
- Process invoices, payments and claims with efficiency and accuracy
- Collate documentation and maintain records with strict attention to privacy
Our ideal candidate will have:
- Minimum of two years' experience in a customer-facing role; medical administration, reception, bookings or coordinator role.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, excellent computer literacy and the ability to pick up new systems quickly.
- Clear, concise written and verbal communication with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong confident interpersonal skills and the ability to engage at all levels.
- A genuine desire to ensure the comfort and wellbeing of our patients.
