Job Description

Bayleys Nelson is continuing to expand across the top of the South, with an increased focus on strengthening our presence and operations throughout Nelson and Tasman. As part of this exciting phase of regional growth, we are seeking a capable, people-focused Regional Office Manager to support our teams the Nelson, Richmond and Motueka offices.

This pivotal role supports the day to day running of our three offices, making sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes so our salespeople can focus on what they do best. It is a varied position that combines coordination, systems know-how and genuine care for people. You will help manage office logistics, support the team with technology and processes, keep a close eye on facilities and supplies, and play a key part in maintaining our warm and professional office culture.

You will be working closely with the Sales Manager and leadership team, ensuring local implantation of systems and initiatives while escalating HR or compliance matters as needed.

We are looking for someone who is:

  • Friendly and approachable, with strong communication skills
  • Tech-savvy and confident with office systems
  • Passionate about creating a positive, high-performing workplace


You will ideally have:

  • Experience in office management administration
  • Strong organisational and people coordination skills
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office and cloud base tools
  • A genuine interest in the real estate industry
