Job Description

Our client is a market leader in what they do and we are looking for an energetic and engaged Business Unit Manager to lead and grow this new avenue in their business.

This position will be responsible for identifying and developing strategic business relationships, growing this new unit and taking the lead in the development of new business opportunities that support the overall growth strategy.

You will be working closely with the sales and marketing team to achieve established sales goals and implement business development initiatives that maximise and grow their footprint and generate bottom line revenue for the overall organisation.

This is a medium sized business who put their people first. They are a strong values based organisation with progressive internal growth. They have many team members clocking up 30 years, so say no more!

The desired candidate will come with a strong history working with and understanding batteries along with experience in the automotive industry.

You will be given the tools of the trade to succeed plus a vehicle and commission.

This position will be based in Christchurch but open to candidates in Auckland.
