Concrete Manufacturing Laborers (Precast & Prestressed Products)

Our client is seeking dedicated staff to join their team in manufacturing precast and prestressed concrete products. If you’re ready to get hands-on and work in a dynamic, team-oriented environment, this could be the role for you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Formwork Setup: Prepare and set up formwork for precast concrete elements.
• Reinforcing Steel: Place reinforcing steel cages and other cast-in items.
• Concrete Work: Pour, vibrate, and finish concrete products like power poles.

What We’re Looking For:

• Instruction Compliance: Ability to follow instructions with precision.
• Positive Attitude: A “Can Do – Will Do” approach to tasks.
• Physical Fitness: The role involves physical labor, so being fit is a must.
• Punctuality: Ability to start work early, around 5:00 am.
• Drug-Free: Must pass a pre-employment drug test and comply with a strict drug and alcohol policy.
• Must be a NZ citizen and pass all pre employments checks
