Euromarque is experiencing a massive growth curve having almost doubled our staff in the last 2-3 years. A number of our staff have been promoted from within in short periods of time, and we strive to provide a work environment for all of our employees where growth and development are encouraged!
Our Service Advisors are responsible for supplying our customers with a high level of service through excellent communication and attention to detail.
Daily duties would include making bookings, invoicing, administration tasks, communicating with the Workshop Foreman to meet our customers' expectations, and keeping our customers informed on all aspects of their experience with us to build long lasting relationships.
Our ideal candidate for this position would have:
- Previous automotive experience
- Willingness to go above and beyond to provide exceptional customer service
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Ability to recognise concerns before they escalate
- Good computer knowledge
- Enjoyment in a customer facing role
- Ability to work with a team and as an individual
- High level of personal presentation

Position is Monday-Friday with rostered Saturday mornings.
