We have the opportunity for a sales genius to join our team and make Milford Sound home! We are on the search for an engaging and genuine sales champion, someone who can ensure that all our guests receive amazing service as they - check in, purchase a ticket for our cruise, enquire about other experiences within our business, or selling some of our amazing retail before heading out of Milford Sound.
You will be organising daily manifests for vessels, completing bookings for flights on fixed wing or helicopter to Queenstown on the daily & working closely with the vessel Team Leaders to ensure they have all correct documentation for departures.
We are looking for someone who is:
- A proactive communicator and can anticipate guest's needs while optimizing sales opportunities
- Good at managing their time effectively and is a master of multi-tasking
- Good at remaining unflappable and calm when under pressure
