He angitūtanga… the opportunity
This role focuses on our customers (parents, schools, community organisations), solving customer queries from end to end, as well as supporting our internal team.
It is both internal and external customer-facing and is our central point of contact for all customer queries, delivering an exceptional customer experience at each touchpoint… from responding to queries about our fantastic programmes, right through to providing support with the bookings and invoicing process to ensure that our valued customers are super-happy at every stage of the process, and their queries are solved quickly and accurately.

This role also involves supporting our awesome Youthtown programmes team and taking care of a variety of their administrative needs. This includes assisting in the planning logistics of programmes, upkeep of databases, reporting, and production of documentation.

This is a full-time role for 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday 9.30am-6.00pm) and covers a maternity leave period that starts 13th January 2025 until 8th August 2025.

He kōrero mōu… About you…
You will be experienced in customer service and administration, proactive and enthusiastic about keeping our customers happy and always updated on their queries. You will enjoy connecting with customers (both internal and external), taking full end-to-end ownership of any issue and solving queries promptly. With excellent organisational & prioritisation skills and fantastic administration abilities, you will keep on top of all administrative tasks with ease. Ideally, you will have experience working with accounts queries and accounts receivable. You will have the ability to multitask and manage time effectively while working in a fast-paced environment. You’ll have outstanding attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong computer skills.
Most importantly, you will be someone who can always find ways to give our customers that little bit extra… especially when it’s unexpected!
