Cheil Worldwide is a tech-driven advertising agency with a global team of over 7,000 employees, including 30+ based in New Zealand. We specialise in a broad range of marketing services, including digital, events, creative, retail, and film. This role primarily focuses on working with our key client: Samsung Electronics.

This is a permanent, full-time position (40 hours per week), based at our Northcote, Auckland office.

About the Role

As a member of the Creative Team, this role is primarily responsible for producing digital and print materials in line with client briefs and corporate brand guidelines. Designers will contribute creative ideas and solutions to enhance their work. Collaboration with account/project managers and the broader Creative Team will be essential to ensure high-quality outputs are delivered.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Produce outputs for HTML5 banners, print materials, out-of-home (OOH) advertising, retail point-of-sale (POS) materials, and digital media.
  • Create lifestyle images, key visuals, digital display banners, social videos, and video content (including VFX and photo editing) as required.
  • Develop creative solutions and generate outputs that adhere to brand guidelines, delivering high-quality results based on project briefs.


Qualifications and Experience

  • Tertiary level qualification (or equivalent).
  • Creative agency experience required.
  • Portfolio showcasing competencies across different design outputs.
  • Competency across the Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
  • Knowledge of basic HTML, CSS, JQuery is a plus.
  • Ability to solve problem, be proactive, and deliver projects using effective time management on a daily basis.
