About the role
We are looking for self-motivated Quarry Operators to work on our day shift team at Drury. You will be someone with a proven track record of delivering a high standard of work in all tasks undertaken. This is an exciting opportunity to join a hardworking and close-knit team, who share your passion for operating heavy plant.
This person will need to be dedicated to high levels of productivity as well as a strong commitment to Health and Safety. Ideally, we need someone who is driven to further their career within this industry,
About you
As a Quarry Operator, you will be responsible for safely operating and maintaining a range of quarry plant. You will have ongoing opportunity to develop your skillset in quarry plant operations. We are looking for individuals who have experience operating either a Front End Loader or a Dump truck. If you are someone who has proven experience with above machineries, then we would like to hear from you!
The successful candidate will also have:
- A Full Class 2 licence.
- WTR are advantageous.
- Passion for the quarrying industry and willingness to learn and develop new skills.
- Good attitude toward the care and maintenance of machinery
- Excellent communication skills
