We’re looking for an Online Assistant to join our Woolworths Victoria Ave, Manawatu-Wanganui team.

About the Role | Mō te Tūranga

• Picking and packing orders accurately, efficiently and safely for our online customers
• Communicating with other departments regarding any out of stocks, substitutions and other enquiries relating to online customer enquiries
• Demonstrating a positive attitude towards Health and Safety for yourself and others around you

In this customer-focused role we are looking for our new team member that:

• Understands good customer service
• Help us make customer first decisions aligned to our processes and systems
• Work well within our team and communicate effectively
• A willingness to work on your feet for the duration of your shift
• Most important a friendly smile and welcoming attitude

• Shift 1: Monday 0500-0900 (4), Tuesday 0500-0900 (4), Wednesday 0500-1100 (5.5) and Sunday 0500-1100 (5.5) (19 hours)
• Shift 2: Monday 0530-0930 (4), Tuesday 0530-1130 (5.5), Wednesday 0530-0930, Thursday 1600-2000 (4) and Sunday 0530-0930 (4) (21.5 hours)
• Shift 3: Tuesday 0600-1000 (4), Wednesday 0700-1300 (4), Friday 1300-1700 (4) and Sunday 0700-1300 (4) (20.5 hours)
• Shift 4: Tuesday 1100-1500 (4), Wednesday 0700-1100 (4), Thursday 0800-1400 (5.3) and Sunday 0800-1400 (5.5) (20 hours)
• Shift 5: Tuesday 1400-1700 (4), Wednesday 0800-1400 (5.5), Thursday 1100-1600 (4.5) and Sunday 0730-1430 (6.5) (20.5 hours)
• Shift 6: Tuesday 1600-2000 (4), Wednesday 0800-1400 (5.5), Friday 0900-1730 (8) and Sunday 0900-1300 (4) (21.5 hours)
• Shift 7: Monday 1730-2130 (4), Tuesday 0930-1530 (5.5), Thursday 1200-1600 (4) and Sunday 1200-1600 (4) (17.5 hours)
• Shift 8: Thursday 0930-1330 (4), Friday 1000-1400 (4) and Saturday 1000-1400 (4) (12 hours)
• Shift 9: Tuesday 1530-2130 (5.5) and Saturday 1530-2130 (5.5) (11 hours)
• Shift 10: Tuesday 1200-1600 (4), Thursday 0530-0930 (4), Friday 0500-0900 (4) and Saturday 0530-1130 (5.5) (17.5 hours)
• Shift 11: Thursday 0700-1100 (4), Friday 0530-0930 (4), Saturday 0530-0930 (4) and Sunday 1530-2130 (5.5) (17.5 hours)
• Shift 12: Thursday 0800-1200 (4), Friday 0800-1200 (4), Saturday 0800-1200 (4) and Sunday 1300-1900 (4) (17.5 hours)
