Job Description

Findex is looking for a Graduate to join the Health and Safety Consulting team in Christchurch or Invercargill, within Business Advisory, in February 2025. The ideal candidate will be keen to learn about Health & Safety, and eager to kick-start their career in consulting.

What your typical week will look like:

  • At Findex, you’ll be part of a professional and successful team delivering high-quality consultancy services and strategic advice to a diverse range of clients.
  • From day one, you’ll be hands-on, working alongside Managers, Partners and experienced professionals, gaining invaluable practical experience.
  • You will assist with research, shadow on client consults and support in the preparation and completion of health and safety advice and documentation.

You are someone who has…

  • Studying/completed a relevant Law, Health Science or Arts (psychology) degree (within 12 months of application)
  • Strong aptitude for written information with strong attention to detail
  • An inquisitive and curious nature

  • A collaborative and open approach in being an effective team player
  • A genuine interest in helping people achieve their goals
