The Role:

The Cloud Solution Engineer will carry out technical work on projects and is designed to develop the skills needed to become a Cloud Solution Specialist. You will work alongside senior team members, aiding in setup, deployment, and troubleshooting. Working collaboratively, you will contribute to project goals and provide regular progress updates. A solid understanding of Windows environments, networking, Office 365, modern workplace technologies, and VoIP is crucial. Candidates should have at least four years of IT experience in a role like Senior Engineer, strong technical abilities, and excellent communication skills.

Skills & Experience Required

  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in an IT or technical role (e.g., Support Engineer, Senior Support Engineer), preferably with cloud technology exposure.
  • Exposure to Primary Health sector systems like Medtech, Indici, and MyPractice is beneficial.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide technical support to senior team members on projects and problem-solving.
  • Proficient in troubleshooting, resolving technical issues, and managing problem investigations.
  • Proven track record of managing complex technical project tasks, both remotely and on-site.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration with internal teams.
  • Ability to learn quickly, think critically, and work independently, especially under pressure.
  • Positive, dependable, motivated, and adaptable attitude.
