The role
Operating from a premier service operation, this will prove a busy role. You will be involved in service bookings, liaison with the service team and clients, and report to the branch Service Manager.

There is an interesting range of work you will be involved in making this role an attractive proposition for someone that enjoys a busy fast paced environment.


The skills needed
Prior experience as a Service Advisor within a franchise environment is preferred for this role. The employer may also consider allied experience such as a person who has held a role as a Warranty Administrator, Fleet Maintenance Controller, or similar.

While a trade qualification is not required for this position, it would be beneficial.

Being a front-line role, excellent customer interfacing skills are needed as is a good standard of personal presentation. A good level of computer literacy is also a requirement, and prior experience with dealership DMS (CRM) systems would be a distinct advantage.
