We are looking for passionate and proactive individuals to join our team as a Hospitality Experience Manager. This role is key in providing great quality services to meet client expectations and the management, development and training of all team members.

As the Hospitality Experience Manager, you're always compliant in bringing Compass Group vision and values to life.

  • Client Specific Requirements: Develop and maintain effective business relationships. Accountable for delivering a seamless service to each and every customer who walks into clients space.
  • Consumer & Marketing: Manage communications and marketing. Establish, maintain and monitor quality customer service practices.
  • People Map: Lead and manage an effective team. Train & develop employees. Recruit & induct staff
  • Health & Safety responsibilities: Establish and maintain a safe and secure workplace, environmentally sustainable workplace, Safe Food Practices & Comply with infection control policies and procedures in a Healthcare environment.

We are seeking someone who is:

  • Hospitality and Service Enthusiast: Proven experience in hospitality and service environments with a focus on enhancing the guest experience.
  • Professional and Presentable: High standard of personal presentation and excellent communication skills.
  • Organised and Adaptable: Strong multitasking and organisational skills, with the flexibility to support cross-departmental tasks.
  • Tech-Savvy: Knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Preferred Qualifications: Business or degree qualifications, NZQA Food Handling Certificate (Units 167 & 168), NZQA Level 4 Cookery or equivalent.
