Are you ready for an exciting new challenge? We’re on the lookout for a dedicated and driven Adviser Assistant to become a vital part of our Specialist Risk Insurance team.

In this pivotal role, you’ll be the key point of contact for our team of Specialist Risk Advisers, working with a diverse range of clients, providing compliance advice, and helping to create tailored insurance solutions. While there are no sales targets, your contributions will play a significant role in the overall success of our team.

What will your typical week look like?

  • Support our team of Specialist Risk Advisers to produce risk strategies for their business clients
  • Undertake a needs analysis, Xplan research, alteration quotes and ensure overall file compliance
  • Collaborate and support our team of Specialist Risk Advisers to assist with strategic advice objectives
  • Maintain professional relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
  • Assist with new Business applications and claims processing
  • Group schemes and ad hoc administration as required

Let’s talk about you!

  • Proven experience in providing risk strategies with knowledge of the New Zealand Risk Insurance market
  • Adept at managing a large WIP and competing priorities
  • Experience with Xplan would be advantageous
  • Self-driven person who can work autonomously
  • A collaborative team player
  • Strong commercial acumen and analytical skills
