As we continue to experience ongoing success we are looking for great talent to join us here as part of the Restaurant Brands family that operate Pizza Hut, KFC, Carl's Jr. and Taco Bell.

Our Pizza Hut store is in need of an Assistant Restaurant Manager to assist with the day to day running of the store and work with the Restaurant Manager to ensure deliveries go out on time, make sure staff are engaged and trained, customers’ expectations are exceeded and high quality delicious pizzas are being made to our Pizza Hut standard.


As an Assistant Restaurant Manager you will:

  • Provide an excellent level of customer service and drive a customer service culture across the store
  • Be responsible for running shifts and the store in the Managers absence
  • Train and coach staff and drive performance
  • Direct and motivate a team within a busy Quick Service Restaurant (QSR)
  • Be part of ordering, managing wastage and controlling labour costs
  • Assist with the overall running and management of a busy fast food environment


We are looking for people with:

  • Supervisory experience and the ability to lead a team
  • Some business understanding to help with the running of the store
  • Energy, integrity, and drive to succeed
  • Passion to train and coach others
  • Experience within a customer service environment (hospitality or retail would be ideal but is not essential)

Our stores operate late in the evenings and are 7 day trading stores. This role is a salaried 40 hour per week role and there is an expectation that you will need to work across the trading hours to ensure you are across all elements of the business and trading patterns. Please note that we do operate within a fixed shift labour model which means you will have set days and hours to work.
