We have a great opportunity to join our Talent Acquisition (TA) team as a TA Coordinator for a fixed term until the end of 2025.

You'll be joining a small team of coordinators that support a wider team of TA Consultants to deliver leading experiences for all stakeholders, both internal and external.

Mo te tūranga | About the Role:

Provide recruitment coordination support to the TA team to execute our agreed recruitment strategy and plan.

  • Across the lifecycle of a recruitment campaign, you will be setting up role requests, booking interviews, and initiating the onboarding of new starters.
  • You'll get involved in reporting activities and other projects that will elevate the TA function at ASB.
  • You'll ensure that confidentiality is upheld to a high standard for our team and business unit.
  • You'll build and nurture strong relationships with teams across all parts of the recruitment process, knowing who the go-to person is for anything outside of scope.

This role is high volume, and you'll need to be comfortable working at pace, whilst executing tasks with supreme attention to detail.

  • You have a practical, common-sense approach to your work and like to get stuff done in the most efficient way.
  • You are service oriented, with proven coordination and prioritisation skills.
  • You are systems oriented and can navigate multiple systems with accuracy.
  • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ideally, you will understand a bit about recruitment/hr processes, compliance, and risk management
  • You have a curious nature and a continuous improvement mindset.
  • You are driven to provide your customers with the best experience, any time that they are interacting with you.
