The Role
As a Business Development Manager | Account Manager, North Island, you will play a pivotal role in winning new business, driving revenue growth and managing client relationships.

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to grow the client base, focusing on high-spend prospects.
  • Cold call and build B2B relationships within the signage industry.
  • Specify directly to business decision markers in markets such as Civil, Construction and Vehicle Fleet Management.
  • Cultivate relationships with existing clients to identify new growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Prepare and deliver accurate, professional quotes and tenders to prospective clients.
  • Provide innovative, best-fit technical solutions to meet client needs and drive business development activities to meet KPIs.


Desired Skills and Experience
We are looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated sales professional with the following:

  • Proven success in business development and account management, ideally with experience in signage, packaging, adhesives or similar. Where technical aptitude has been critical to your success.
  • Technical knowledge from the signage industry (an advantage).
  • Well-networked within the Auckland market.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building trust and rapport with clients.
  • Strong organizational skills, able to manage multiple projects with attention to detail.
  • A proactive, results-driven approach.
  • Ability to influence decision-makers and engage with diverse stakeholders within client organizations.
  • Experience in presenting solutions and building influential relationships with key stakeholders.
  • A demonstrated track record of winning and developing new client relationships.
