Mō te tūranga | About the Role
We are currently looking for Platform Engineers to build a new squad aimed at delivering on new innovative ways to protect our customers from Fraud and Scams.
Our mission is to support the delivery, resilience, and reliability of technical solutions aimed at protecting our customers. We will be working on new platform integrations and improving platform capability and resiliency. We are a cross-functional team, allowing us to work with some autonomy.

• You must have strong troubleshooting & problem-solving skills with an ability to continuously learn and adapt to new and unfamiliar technologies
• Developing and maintaining Jenkins/CloudBees pipelines to streamline deployment processes.
• Providing dedicated support for any and all technology delivery - including availability for after-hours on-call duties.
Actively contributing as a valued member of the team to drive the development and support of all solutions delivered.

Nā tāu rourou | What will you bring?
• Strong understanding of networking and Linux administration skills
• Expertise in infrastructure / configuration as code (e.g. Terraform, Chef, Ansible) & how applications integrate with other systems.
• Good understanding of security best practices.

• Experience in scripting or programming languages (e.g. Java), MS SQL Server and/or IBM MQ.
• Good understanding of CI/CD and source control (i.e. Git) as well as SSL certificate use and management.
