Are you seeking a Temp/Contract Executive Assistant role in Auckland?

Executive Assistant

  • Start date 15th or 20th January 9–12-month temporary role
  • Join a team making a difference to NZ’s sustainability goals
  • CBD office, full-time hours with one day work from home possible


As the EA to the CEO, you will manage the CEO’s schedule, coordinate travel, prepare documents, and act as a key liaison with internal and external stakeholders. You’ll also organise events and support Board activities, helping maintain a high level of operational efficiency and professionalism.

About the role

  • Manage the CEO’s calendar, appointments, and travel.
  • Handle communications and prepare materials for meetings and presentations.
  • Organise and manage CEO-led meetings, including agendas and follow-ups.
  • Liaise with senior leadership, the Board, and external partners.
  • Coordinate events, including logistics, invitations, and catering.
  • Support Board meeting arrangements and document management.


Skills and Experience

  • Experience as an Executive Assistant to senior leaders.
  • Strong organisational, communication, and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); Diligent experience preferred.
  • Discretion in handling sensitive information.
  • Strong organisation skills, software skills, attention to detail.
  • Collaborative work style but also able to work autonomously.
