Job Description

  • Full time, permanent position in Central Auckland
  • Minimum 30 hours per week, maximum 60 hours per week
  • $26.00 - $31.61 per hour + great staff benefits

The Opportunity

Savor Group is on the hunt for experienced Duty Managers to join the team! Ideally, you will have at least 1 year experience in a management role in a high volume venue, a fantastic attitude with exceptional care and understanding for the overall customer experience, flexibility to work evenings and weekends, the right to work in New Zealand and a current LCQ and managers certificate or the ability to get one.

In this role you will be responsible for:

  • Day to day operations of the venue including; staff performance, customer experience, and quality of offerings at all times
  • Legal compliance of the venue in particular to the Sale of Alcohol Act 2012
  • Assisting with events and group bookings
  • Financial management ensuring costs (labour and goods) are well managed
  • Assist with the training and development of junior team members
  • Maintaining venue standards and presentation at all times
