We’re looking for a Store Manager to join our Woolworths Petone team.

About You | Mōu
We are looking for our next Store Manager to have:

  • Previous retail management experience
  • Demonstrated Ability to manage a retail operation with commercial success
  • The ability to build, maintain, and influence stakeholder relationships
  • An ability to illustrate a team first, customer first approach to business
  • Strong knowledge of health, safety, wellbeing legislation and best practice


With full responsibility for the stores performance you will need analytical skills that allow you to identify when change is needed. As a new Store Manager you can expect to:

  • Lead your team in the driving of trade activity and profitability
  • Coach your team to be passionate and knowledgeable about the products in your store
  • Lead a high performing team in providing our customers with an excellent shopping experience
  • Attract, select and train talented and passionate employees and develop succession plans
