Key Responsibilities:

  • Install High-End Cabinetry: Install custom, high-end cabinets in residential and commercial settings, ensuring precision and superior craftsmanship.
  • Attention to Detail: Ensure all cabinetry is level, properly aligned, and securely mounted to meet our company’s high standards of quality.
  • Site Preparation: Prepare job sites by ensuring all materials, tools, and equipment are on hand and organized before beginning work.
  • Problem Solving: Address any on-site challenges or adjustments required during installation with professionalism and expertise.
  • Quality Control: Conduct a final walkthrough to ensure that all installations are completed to the highest standard, with attention to detail and craftsmanship.


Requirements:

  • Proven Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience installing high-end custom cabinetry, with a portfolio or references to demonstrate your skills.
  • Skilled Craftsmanship: Strong knowledge of cabinet installation techniques, including working with various materials (wood, MDF, plywood, etc.) and finishes.
  • Tools and Equipment: Familiarity with power tools, hand tools, and installation equipment necessary to perform quality installations.
  • Precision & Accuracy: Ability to measure and cut precisely, ensuring all cabinet pieces are installed correctly and to client specifications.
  • Professionalism: Excellent communication skills and the ability to work efficiently on both independent and team-based projects.
  • Valid Driver's License: Reliable transportation to and from job sites, with a clean driving record.
