Join our medical sales team! Promote and sell products, support surgical cases, and build strong relationships with healthcare professionals. Sales experience preferred.

You'll work closely with healthcare professionals to provide product support during surgical cases, ensure post-sale customer satisfaction, and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to meet sales targets. Prior experience in medical sales is preferred, along with a willingness to learn and grow within the role. Key Responsibilities:

  • Sell medical products to hospitals, surgery centres, and private rooms within the assigned geographic area.
  • Support product evaluations in collaboration with the Territory Manager.
  • Provide surgical case support and assist customers during procedures.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by providing reliable post-sale service and maintaining product quality.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with nurses, physicians, and hospital management personnel.
  • Address customer concerns and complaints promptly, escalating issues to management when necessary.
  • Deliver effective product presentations and in-services, with ongoing training.
  • Collaborate with the Territory Manager to achieve the sales goals and budget for the region.
  • Develop and maintain a sales plan that includes analysis, targeting, and forecasting to meet company objectives.
  • Manage product samples, ensuring accurate tracking and accountability.
  • Stay informed about competitive products, pricing, and market trends, reporting insights to management.
  • Adhere to company policies and directives to support the achievement of organizational goals.
  • Submit comprehensive meeting or convention reports as required.
  • Provide weekly activity reports to the Sales Manager and ensure timely submission of expense reports.
  • Attend sales meetings, training sessions, and industry conventions as directed.


Qualifications:

  • Preferred education: BA/BS or equivalent.
  • Relevant certifications or credentials are a plus.
  • 1-2 years of related experience in medical sales or a similar field is preferred.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to learn and stay current with medical product knowledge and industry trends.
