Our client is a leading producer of premium salads, herbs, and baby vegetables. We are seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our experienced team. What You’ll Be Doing:
Operating and maintaining cropping machinery, including tractors, planters, sprayers, and more.
Preparing soil beds and planting/seeding crops, playing a vital role in food production.
Applying sprays and fertilisers to ensure healthy, high-quality produce.
Managing irrigation and crop monitoring to keep crops thriving in all conditions.
Keeping accurate records using a farm management app to track planting, spraying, and maintenance.
Maintaining a clean and safe work environment, prioritising health and safety at every step.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience in cropping or horticulture is a plus, but we’re happy to train the right person!
Tractor driving experience and a basic understanding of machinery.
A full, clean driver’s licence.
Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
Basic computer literacy and strong attention to detail.
A team player with a strong work ethic, can-do attitude, and willingness to take initiative.
