The Role

An exciting opportunity exists for a resilient and energetic self-starter to join our Open Spaces team as a Branch Manager. We are seeking a qualified and experienced leader to drive the success of our Auckland team.

Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will be responsible for developing new business, servicing existing clients, and building long-term relationships at all levels. You will also oversee the operational delivery of the team. This role is ideal for a proactive professional who thrives in a diverse workplace, is passionate about business growth, and genuinely cares about people development.

Skills and Experience

  • A successful track record of managing sales and marketing activities, establishing effective and productive relationships with clients, peers and subordinates.
  • Strong experience in operational management, estimating, and project execution. Including
  • Ability to manage budgets and operational efficiencies to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • A creative and proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, high numerical proficiency and strong presentation skills.
  • A strong commitment to and understanding of quality and OH&S management systems
