The Role

  • A key contact for customer booking, greeting, and ensuring we meet timeframes.
  • Responding to email, phone, social media and contact centre service, WOF and repair bookings.
  • Creating job repair orders for our service team to work from.
  • Assist in continually improving our service department customer experiences.
  • Accurately checking each customers vehicle repair options and communicating this with them.


Your profile

  • Genuine hospitality focus, and an internal desire to provide exceptional customer service.
  • A person who does what they say
  • An excellent communicator, both verbal and written
  • Strong systems, Excel, and IT skills
  • A responsible and proactive attitude to Health, Safety and Environmental practices.
  • Hold full, unrestricted working rights within NZ.
