We have an exciting part time opportunity for a proactive, well organised individual to join our team! As an Operations Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in our rental's operation. This diverse role offers variety that includes customer-facing and general administration duties, as well as some vehicle cleaning.
What your day will look like:
Front reception duties; greeting customers and answering phone enquiries.
Processing online reservations.
Preparing vehicles for customers
Checking Vehicles in and out
General administrative tasks to support our operation.
Grooming and detailing our impressive fleet of vehicles
Our ideal candidate:
A passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Previous administration or customer service experience.
Attention to detail and a sense of pride
Pleasant personality
Strong communication skills - verbal & written
Tech savvy with the ability and passion to learn new systems.
Desire to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, ever changing environment.
Full NZ Drivers Licence.
