Requirements
Traffic Control experience required (Must be recent and longer than 6-months)
Must be physically fit and strong
Has to be available for either dayshift/nightshifts
Needs to be competent with a strong initiative
Needs to have effective communication skills to relay instructions clearly to both team members and the public
Needs to be able to work nightshifts
Reliable transport required
Exhibit a strong commitment to safety, understanding and adhering to all safety regulations
Work effectively in a team environment
Able to pass all pre-employment checks, including MOJ checks
Can work outdoors in various weather conditions
