This role is responsible for building strong client relationships, driving revenue, and ensuring the seamless adoption of our travel products and services. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and a customer-first approach, with a deep understanding of the travel industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Account Management & Customer Engagement
Serve as the primary point of contact for longtail accounts, fostering strong relationships through proactive communication
Conduct regular calls, emails, and virtual meetings to understand client needs, address concerns, and identify growth opportunities
Provide ongoing account support, ensuring clients are well-informed about available services, product updates, and market trends
Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering strategic insights to help them optimize their use of our travel products and services
Sales & Revenue Growth
Develop and execute account-specific sales strategies to increase bookings and revenue
Proactively identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities, positioning relevant travel solutions to clients
Promote and drive digital booking tools and platforms within the travel industry
Work closely with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with promotional campaigns, product launches, and special offers
Meet and exceed sales targets, ensuring consistent business growth
Training & Onboarding
Oversee the seamless onboarding of new clients, providing training sessions on products, booking systems, and best practices
Conduct tailored workshops, webinars, and one-on-one training sessions to educate clients on optimizing their business with our travel solutions
Continuously assess client needs and provide learning resources to enhance their experience and efficiency
Client Retention & Performance Analysis
Address lost and churned accounts by identifying challenges and implementing tailored re-engagement strategies
Gather and analyse customer feedback to improve service offerings and address pain points
Regularly track and report on client performance, providing insights and recommendations for business growth
Collaborate with internal teams to develop solutions that improve client satisfaction and retention
Qualifications and Skills:
Minimum 1-3 years in inside sales, account management, or a similar role
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities
Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office
Self-motivated, goal-driven, and results-oriented
