About the Role

We are looking for an organised, friendly, and proactive Centre Administrator to support our team in delivering the best care and education to our children. Your role will be key to ensuring smooth daily operations and compliance with Ministry of Education regulations.

As a Centre Administrator, you will provide outstanding customer service to our whānau while handling a variety of administrative tasks. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Data entry, managing bookings, and answering parent queries
  • Supporting families with enrolments and inquiries
  • Managing parent accounts, direct debits, and payments
  • Meeting daily, weekly, and termly deadlines
  • Using Microsoft Word and Excel for administrative tasks
  • Occasionally interacting with tamariki (children) as needed
  • You will receive full support from our National Admin Support Team, including a helpdesk for ongoing guidance. Our structured training and support systems will equip you with everything you need to succeed.


What We’re Looking For

We require you to have administration experience with strong customer service skills. The ideal candidate will also be:

  • Innovative, flexible, and able to adapt to change and processes
  • A warm and compassionate team player with excellent communication skills
  • Knowledgeable in accounts processes and customer account management
  • Quick to learn, highly organised, and detail-oriented
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Dedicated to providing fantastic customer service with a willingness to go the extra mile


Position Details

  • Permanent role | 30-40 hours per week | Monday to Friday
  • Flexible hours for the right candidate
