You'll be joining a newly established global software company created to rethink and modernise what customer loyalty programs should offer and look like. You'll be a key player in creating the retail of the future in a company in growth, working with a strong brand and team all over the world, and working closely together to make work-class software solutions. This role will report directly to the VP of APAC, and based in Auckland. As a Customer Integration Lead your main responsibility will be to deliver and maintain services for their customers in the region and work closely with the developers, testers and Scrum Masters operating in an Agile environment.
The Role:
Work and engage with stakeholders including on site customers
Prioritise backlog items including new features, minor improvements and bugs identified through incidents in production
Scope new features and work closely with the customer success manager, architects, product owner with a focus on maximising business value
Provide overall track of roadmap, meet deadlines and budgets
Evaluate features through A/B testing and provide detailed analytics
About You:
Knowledge across grocery retail, digital solutions, UX and cloud will be preferred Proven techno-functional experience operated in an Agile environment Integration experience ideally worked on a product or digital solutions Strong communication skills and high attention to detail Demonstrate an ability to make decisions and able to influence outcomes
