Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve dealing with various commercial issues, litigating and negotiating disputes in different courts and jurisdictions. You will adapt your approach to meet the unique needs of each client, working collaboratively within your team to deliver innovative legal solutions. • Provide strategic, commercial, and pragmatic advice to clients • Successfully litigate and negotiate disputes in courts of all levels and jurisdiction • Adapt approach and solutions to meet the individual needs of clients • Deal with all types of commercial issues across a range of industry sectors including construction, health and safety, insolvency, insurance, intellectual property • Work collaboratively within the litigation team to deliver cutting-edge legal solutions • Participate in alternative dispute resolution forums.
