We're looking for an Applications Service Owner to maximise the value of technology applications while delivering exceptional user service. You'll connect business needs with technology solutions, manage stakeholder relationships, and ensure applications perform optimally.

As Applications Service Owner, you'll be the primary contact for business stakeholders, communicating updates and developing application roadmaps aligned with organisational goals. You'll monitor application performance, resolve issues, and identify opportunities for process improvements and automation while staying current with new releases to leverage functionality improvements. The role also involves maintaining comprehensive documentation, developing training resources, and tracking performance indicators to ensure efficient support across all systems.

What are we looking for in you?

• Experience managing business applications with strong analytical skills and excellent communication abilities.
• Experience with FareHarbor or tourism booking platforms, RTP/Aspenware or ski management systems, and finance workflows would be a bonus.
• Service orientation, technical aptitude, collaborative communication, and advanced problem-solving skills.
