A Day in Your Life:
- Get your hands dirty with site set-out and prepare as-built drawings (you’ll be the one who keeps things on track!)
- Ensure everything is running smoothly with QA, site testing, and subcontractor management (you’re the glue that holds it all together!)
- Help project managers with reporting, financials, and claims (you’ll be the behind-the-scenes superhero)
- Build strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and council reps (you’re a natural communicator, and this is where you shine!)
What We’re Looking For:
- A background in civil engineering, with experience in subdivisions or 3 waters drainage (we want you to hit the ground running)
- Great communication skills (you’ll be chatting to everyone, from clients to the council!)
- A passion for engineering and a desire to take on bigger roles in the future (Project Manager, here you come!)
- A proactive, problem-solving attitude (you love finding solutions)
- Attention to detail (because, let’s face it, that’s what makes great engineers!)
