Job Description

We have an exciting part time opportunity for a proactive, well organised individual to join our team!
As an Operations Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in our rental's operation. This diverse role offers variety that includes customer-facing and general administration duties, as well as some vehicle cleaning.

What your day will look like:

  • Front reception duties; greeting customers and answering phone enquiries.
  • Processing online reservations.
  • Preparing vehicles for customers
  • Checking Vehicles in and out
  • General administrative tasks to support our operation.
  • Grooming and detailing our impressive fleet of vehicles


Our ideal candidate:

  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Previous administration or customer service experience.
  • Attention to detail and a sense of pride
  • Pleasant personality
  • Strong communication skills - verbal & written
  • Tech savvy with the ability and passion to learn new systems.
  • Desire to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, ever changing environment.
  • Full NZ Drivers Licence.
