This role is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional with a strong background in strategic planning, broker relationship management, innovative underwriting, and portfolio health monitoring. What you'll do:

As a Strategic Partnership Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our client's business. You will assist in developing the Distribution and New Zealand business strategy, planning, and implementing a broker strategy to attract high-value customers. Your excellent problem-solving skills will be put to use as you identify and respond effectively to business threats and opportunities. Your ability to develop strategic initiatives in conjunction with Distribution, Product, and Claims Teams will be essential for this role.

  • Assist in the development of the Distribution and New Zealand business strategy
  • Plan and implement a broker strategy to attract and retain high value customers
  • Lead broker strategy to ensure consistent, quality customer service is delivered
  • Develop and drive strategic initiatives and solutions in conjunction with Distribution, Product and Claims Teams
  • Responsible for leading the operationalisation and execution of the strategic plan to meet key milestones and deliver on target results.
  • Identify and effectively respond to business threats and opportunities that arise
