About the role
This opportunity is designed for the right forward-thinking and hands-on generalist Marketing visionary to take the lead and spearhead all campaigns and marketing initiatives across all channels. Strategy 100% yes but also comfortable with the tools delivering.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Develop, lead & execute marketing strategies to promote and grow brand
• Drive measurable growth and create actionable insights
• Brand champion – grow brand in line with your strategy
• Develop, lead & execute marketing through digital channels, events, communications
• Create impactful campaigns that will position ECC, drive audience engagement
• Create content, plan & execute production, maximise engagement, build community
• Manage agency relationships, collaborate & innovate together
• Collaborate internally, ensure cohesive brand messaging and alignment

Skills and Experience

• Proven track record of driving successful marketing campaigns with a focus on brand management
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels
• Superb communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships
• Industry exposure open but ideally within design, product, architecture/interior focused
• Proven ability to develop and execute successful marketing strategies and campaigns
• Creative thinker with a strategic mindset, strong analytical skills
• Proficiency in marketing software, tools, and marketing automation platforms
