Job Description
THE OPPORTUNITY

We are searching for extremely motivated Contract Admins to join our Faults Billing team! Supporting the Powerco contract, you will be responsible for preparing accurate invoices, overseeing end-to-end billing workflow and maintain transparent communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Please note, this is a full-time fixed term opportunity with a contract end date of 30th June 2025. We are seeking applications from individuals looking to work in Masterton, Palmerston North or New Plymouth and have the ability to work Mon-Fri in a local office.

ABOUT YOU

This opportunity would suit an eager, resilient and customer-oriented individual seeking to advance their career within an essential service industry. The successful candidate will preferably have experience in a similar administrative based role.

We are interested in hearing from those that hold the below:

  • A background in admin, payroll or customer service within a similar industry is preferred.
  • Ability to resolve conflict in a professional manner, whilst providing a high level of service.
  • A strong attention to detail, partnered with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • The desire and ability to work within a team environment. Our team support each other when it comes to assistance, training and guidance.
