- Immediate vacancy for an experienced Account Payable person
- 20 hours per week - flexible
- Weekly pay + 8% Holiday Pay
Immediate vacancy for an experienced Account Payable person for a temporary assignment running 3-6 months. This will be 20 hours per week split between 4 or 5 days.
Key tasks will be receipting invoices to PO's and creating of vendor payment runs and assisting with general administrative duties.
About you
- Minimum of 1-3 years Accounts Payable experience or related accounting role
- High efficiency and accuracy with data entry processing
- Excellent communication skills
- A positive, conscientious and self-motivated approach to work
- Ability to prioritise and work effectively under pressure
- Be confident enough to ask for help and seek clarification when required
This role is based in Ruakaka so would suit someone local or someone happy to travel 30 minutes from town.
You will need to also pass a pre-employment drug screen and have the relevant experience.
