About the role and who we are looking for:

We are looking for multiple enthusiastic Permanent full-time Baristas to work at our Café in North Shore Hospital, Auckland.

You will be responsible for:

  • making consistently outstanding coffee for all customers.
  • maintaining stock
  • providing excellent customer service and maintain impeccable cleanliness standards.


Ideal skills and experience you will:

  • have good milk production and coffee art skills;
  • be hard working, with a friendly outgoing personality and a 'can do' attitude.
  • have excellent communication skills with a fluent command of English.
  • previous barista experience, ideally with formal barista training.
  • great knowledge of coffee and coffee equipment and 1-year proven experience of having worked in a fast-paced environment.
  • most importantly demonstrate a passion for great food, customer service and quality.
