About the Opportunity:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage client files from opening to closure, ensuring compliance with AML requirements.
  • Prepare engagement letters and conduct conflict checks.
  • Ensure accurate data entry and management within the practice management system.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as printing, scanning, photocopying, and document binding.
  • Provide back-up support to legal teams, including Winscribe dictation and legal document preparation.
  • Assist with billing processes and debt collection follow-ups.
  • Support office management and reception duties as needed.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency.


Who We're Looking For:

  • Experienced administrators & executives (legal sector experience preferred)
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent time management and organisational skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proactive, collaborative, and professional approach to work.
