About the Role
We are looking for an approachable and self-motivated Customer Experience Team Member - Trade Sales to join the Cirtex Customer Experience Team. While this role is based at our Wiri Warehouse location, and you'll be a part of the larger Wiri Warehouse team, you'll also be an integral part of a wider Customer Experience team that operates across multiple locations within the business.
We're looking for a candidate with contact centre or customer service experience who is confident both on the phone and in person, as the Trade Desk requires face-to-face interactions. No prior industry knowledge is needed as on-the-job training is provided.

To be considered for this role, you will need:
Willingness to develop expertise in the Cirtex NetSuite ERP system (prior experience with NetSuite is advantageous)
Proficiency in computer use, including MS Office Suite, with reasonable typing ability
Well-organised with a customer-focused mindset
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
High attention to detail and professionalism
Proactive, accountable, and adaptable
Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and stay calm under pressure
Positive attitude with strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills

Process and fulfil customer orders efficiently.

Organise freight, deliveries, and tracking.
