About the Role
As a Cloud Solutions Consultant, you will be responsible for the technical design, implementation, testing, and support of cloud-based solutions. You will work closely with sales, solution consultants, and customers to ensure successful delivery of technology outcomes. This role requires ownership of technical projects from pre-sales to post-sales support.
Day to Day Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and support cloud and API-based solutions for enterprise clients.
- Provide technical input on customer proposals and statements of work.
- Ensure technical solutions align with best practices, security, and business objectives.
- Diagnose, resolve, and restore service faults in line with SLAs.
- Support internal teams and mentor staff in areas of expertise.
Skills & Experience Required
- Azure-certified (AZ-300 minimum); AWS and Cloudflare experience beneficial.
- Strong cloud architecture and solution design skills.
- Experience building and deploying cloud solutions for enterprise clients.
- Proven experience in a consulting, SMP/SME, or startup environment.
- Ability to work autonomously, proactively, and communicate persuasively.
