We're looking for an energetic and driven Commercial Account Manager to join our Asian Banking Commercial Banking team, based at ASB's beautiful North Wharf office.

Te tūranga | The role:

As a Commercial Account Manager, you will be responsible for providing frontline service to a portfolio of high value clients and assist with their day-to-day banking requirements. As crucial first line support, you will prepare credit submissions for new and existing clients, as well as review and manage on-going business.

To be successful in this role, you will use your commercial lending, account management and analytical skills coupled with exceptional relationship skills and the desire to consistently deliver over and above service to your clients. You'll constantly look for new ways to enhance the relationship with your clients and make their banking easier for them.

Ō pūkenga | About you:

Your communication skills will be essential for effectively managing relationships with key internal stakeholders and external clients, which will go hand in hand with your strong customer focus. Business or commercial banking experience and financial analysis skills are preferred, as is a relevant tertiary qualification is favourable yet it's not essential.

We're looking for someone who is self-motivated, relationship-focused and driven, who has the ability to communicate, and negotiate successfully while building and maintaining key relationships with clients.
