As a key member of the HR team at Restaurant Brands, this role assists with the efficient management of store rosters enabling the store network to function effectively.

What will you be doing?

- Building and maintaining rostering requirements and frequent reporting
- Training operational management on processes
- System administration
- Make changes to shift requirements
- Liaising with operations
- Relationship building

What do we need from you?

- High attention to detail is essential for this role
- Advanced Excel ability
- Strong analytical skills
- The ability to deal with competing demands from across the business yet stay calm and still have fun
- Experience with workforce planning/analysis
- You are a real team player who is able to get on with others
- You are very systems savvy and can pick up new technology fast
