Do you like translating technical product features into clear, compelling messaging that resonates with target audiences?

Well, we have an exciting twelve-month maternity cover position in our award winning and highly successful Auckland Software Marketing team.

It’s a cross-functional, collaborative position that will move across our various software teams, time zones and throughout the broader IDEXX team. This position will continue to develop, and lead go to market (GTM) strategies for ezyVet & Neo, which are part of the IDEXX Veterinary Software portfolio.

IDEXX Veterinary Software is a portfolio within IDEXX which focuses on software solutions to enhance the health and well-being of pets, people, and livestock around the world.

Here in Auckland, we develop a number of cloud platforms and applications. We’re building a vertical SaaS platform for animal health that requires significant technical expertise to deliver. Solutions for practice management (PIMS), diagnostics, payments, client engagement, analytics & insight plus many more. We’re on a mission to build the best health technology business and we need you to help us do it!

But what is ezyVet & Vet Radar you ask? ezyVet is a cloud based Veterinary Practice Management Software and Vet Radar is a workflow management software. We provide easy to use Software that helps veterinary practices save time, increase revenue, communicate better with clients and reduce workload stress.

We are a premium software product and part of IDEXX’s Veterinary offerings.

So what are we looking for?

  • Develop and execute comprehensive GTM strategies for product launches, ensuring alignment with product, sales, and marketing teams
  • Craft clear value propositions and product positioning that differentiates ezyVet in the market
  • Translate complex technical features into customer-centric benefits that resonate with buyers, users, and influences
  • Collaborate with sales to develop tailored messaging for different stages of the customer journey including building sales enablement tools
  • Develop high-impact marketing collateral such as datasheets, case studies, whitepapers, presentations, and demo scripts
  • Partner with customer success and sales teams to gather feedback from customers and prospects to inform product development and marketing strategies
  • Conduct ongoing market research to deeply understand customer needs, buying behavior, and market trends
  • Monitor competitive landscape, providing actionable insights on competitors’ strengths, weaknesses, and market moves
  • Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for product marketing campaigns and initiatives
  • Report regularly on campaign performance, competitive analysis, and market positioning


What you will bring:

  • Proven track record of launching and growing B2B SaaS products, with deep knowledge of the end-to-end product marketing lifecycle
  • Demonstrated ability to conduct market research, customer segmentation, and competitive analysis
  • Strong skills in writing and creating high-impact marketing and sales enablement content
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills with a history of working cross-functionality with product, sales, and marketing teams
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from market research, customer feedback, and performance data
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment with shifting priorities
