Job Description

ABOUT THE ROLE
In this Sunday to Thursday, 38 hours per week role, you will be responsible for working alongside the Store Manager to maximise sales opportunities through coaching, developing and providing feedback to your team.

To succeed in this role you will be motivated by driving sales and passionate about providing a memorable service experience for every Peter Alexander customer. You will also have:

  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Strong leadership and good communication skills
  • Previous management experience, preferably in retail
  • Ability to motivate the team and drive brand standards
  • Ability to achieve sales, wages, KPI’s & stock loss targets
